Notice for the Annual General Meeting
The 52nd Annual General Meeting of “ Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers
- Mumbai Regional Centre “ will be held on 23 June 2012, Saturday, 6.30 pm at
IIChE, Mumbai Regional Centre Office : B-18, Vardhman Complex, Gr Floor,
( Opp Home Town & 247 Park ), LBS Marg, Vikhroli (West ), Mumbai – 400 083
If the quorum is not satisfied, the meeting will be adjourned for 30 minutes and
reconvened at 7.00 pm.
The Agenda for the meeting shall be as folllows:
1. Approval of the minutes of the 51st AGM.
2. Secretary's report for the year July 2011 - June 2012.
3. Adoption of the audited annual accounts for the year ending March 2012.
4. To appoint the auditor for the next financial year.
5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
