for the Annual General Meeting
The
51st Annual General Meeting of “ Indian Institute of Chemical
Engineers
- Mumbai Regional Centre “ will be held on 25 June
2011, Saturday, 6.30 pm at
IIChE, Mumbai Regional Centre Office : B-18, Vardhman Complex, Gr Floor,
( Opp Home Town & 247 Park ), LBS Marg, Vikhroli (West ), Mumbai – 400 083
If
the quorum is not satisfied, the meeting will be adjourned for 30
minutes and
reconvened at 7.00 pm.
The
Agenda for the meeting shall be as folllows:
1.
Approval of the minutes of the 50th AGM.
2.
Secretary's report for the year July 2010 - June 2011.
3.
Adoption of the audited annual accounts for the year ending March
2011.
4.
To appoint the auditor for the next financial year.
5.
To elect the new Executive Committee for the year July 2011- June
2012.
6. Any other
matter with the permission of the Chair.
